Interview
I sent my resume by email to the HR. Then I did a skype interview with four committee members. Three of them were very nice, but the other one did not make me feel welcoming and comfortable. I didn't get an offer, but even if I had gotten, I wouldn't have accepted it.

Interview
I did a Skype interview that was into two different sections: The first one with HR, and Head of the department and lastly with the Head of the department and the Dean of the college.
