I applied to work at the Early Emory daycare. Here I was invitied to a zoom meet about the position, and answered questions about my past experiences working with kids.

How do you feel with kids? Are you willing to change diapers?
Basic interview focusing on clubs and experience at the school. High competitive process but good experience overall learning to interview. Appreciated the chance. Focus on what differentiates you through their questions.

Interview
I submitted my resume on the Emory career website (EagleOps) and received email back three days later to request an interview later in the week. I interviewed in the office on Thursday with the associate director, who would become my future supervisor. I heard back from on Tuesday. It was a very expedient process and everyone at every step was cordial and professional.
