I applied close to the end of September and received a request for a phone interview 2 weeks later. After the phone interview, I followed up immediately with a Thank You. Two weeks later, I hadn’t heard anything so I followed up once more and received a great response. Three to four days later, I received a request for an on-campus interview. Two weeks later, I received a phone call offering me the job.

Most of hiring process through online--can be hard to navigate, but not impossible. I do not think my process was normal. The semester was about to begin and they needed to fill the position. I have found the administration here easy to work with and highly ethical. Emory is a good place to work.
