I interviewed for Chief of Staff to the Dean of Emory Law. I had an initial interview with the Dean and Vice Dean. The discussion was very informal, very conversational. They discussed the challenges they were facing and I chimed in with how I thought my experience could help them.
I did not receive an offer and when I requested feedback on my candidacy I was told they didn't have any. Generally I feel if a candidate is going to spend time preparing for and participating in an interview, the least the employer can do is offer some constructive feedback.
