I met with Enercon through a University career fair and was given the option to schedule an interview the next day. It was a simple screening interview with regular behavioral questions. The person interviewing me was a new senior-level hire and was very friendly and relaxed. He had a sheet of questions he had to go to, and did it a bit like a chore, but I was still able to have a normal conversation with him in between questions.
