Enero Solutions interview questions

The interview took 3 hours. The first 2 hours were with 3 people from the company (CEO, VP-operations, HR representative). The questions was mostly about my past experiences, what interested me in technology and behavioral questions. The last hours was an exam about process control methods and resolutions with the CEO. You really got to know your stuff and be quick on your feet with process control questions. I had an offer but upon reviewing it, i was suprised to see that it was botched, it wasn't in accord with "Les Normes du Travail du Québec" and made the contract illegal, and then some. I asked them questions on the contract for these matters but they removed the offer they made me because I saw their game. I was then really disappointed.
