Engitix Therapeutics interview questions

Multiple rounds of interviews and at the end I was told that another candidate was offered the position because they had more relevant experience. That would’ve been fine if it was true, but I know it’s not, so I would’ve at least appreciated getting an honest feedback about why I didn’t receive an offer. Also, I was left with the impression that this place has a culture problem after speaking to employees.

People have a genuine interest in you and ask only the necessary and obvious questions to get to know your personality, interests and motivation. There process might be a bit long, cause you get to meet and talk to many people, but that also works to your advantage to get a better idea of the environment and the people working there.
