Interview
Applied online, filled out a questionnaire, attended a Skype Interview. The questionnaire was an English test and some questions about my computer and internet. We went through the program and he explained some of the pieces of the software and gave me room to ask questions. We discussed I'd have a mentor for three months and I'd be doing group lessons at first, and then private lessons.

Interview
I was interviewed for english teacher position. The interview process is Complicated and long waiting, it has 2/3 steps as I remember including the practical class. then they disappeared to give a reply.
It was a quick and easy process i was asked the usual questions, why? Experience? Behaviour management? And then told to create a mock activity lesson (i was given a prompt on what to do). It was super easy!

You get told to watch a video on class being taught and you have to explain whats going on?
The recruiter was polite, but standoff-ish. She a little rude when asked questions and the interview was rushed, as she said she overbooked herself, so therefore, she didn't want for me to waste her time with questions. Pretty unprofessional in my opinion.
