Enparadigm Performance Solutions interview questions

Very hectic process, made to do multiple projects. I shared my best ideas and then the company again took 2 more rounds of interviews to assess my work and experience. After taking my ideas, the company ghosted my profile. On taking a bird's eye view, I got to know company is interviewing since 1+ year for same profile but not closing the position. Which shows lack of intent rather than lack of talent to take up the job. Also constant ask to give project is a good example of free use of ideas without willingness to pay for them. Hope the company has more ethical mindset
