The initial screening was fine. Had to take a personality test before the phone interview. About a week later I interviewed with 2 people via Teams (2 separate 30 min interviews). When I asked what were good qualities to have at Enstoa one of them mentioned was being “cut throat”, which was a bit unsettling. The most disappointing part of this process was waiting to hear back. I was assured they “wouldn’t leave me hanging”, and that they would get back to me one a week, but I had to follow up twice, only to get an automated rejection email, after almost a month. I’m tired of companies treating candidates like this. Do better.
