Entrada interview questions

The interview was great! The lady who interviewed me is no longer with the company though. She told me about the company, said raises after 90 days and annually and at that time there were no benefits as it was all IC. I took the position because I was told they did not offshore and that was one thing I was looking for in a company. Now 80% of our work, if not more is sent offshore and we struggle sometimes to have any work to do. Am very disappointed. It used to be a great company to work for when it was just me and a couple other QA but now it's growing, a lot more QA, more positions and lack of communication and favoritism. Before long all will be offshore and we all will be out of work. Should keep all work in America.
