Interview

Member advisors have one phone interview with HR and one in person interview with branch manager. HR asks general questions and takes about half an hour. Managers like to see if you are interested in giving back to community by becoming a volunteer in weekend events.

Phone Interview which was very quick Face to Face Interview at Branch. This lasted over an hour Face to Face Interview at Head office which was over an hour I also had to do skill testing and personality testing.
