Recruiter called me out of the blue without attempting to schedule anything. Getting an interview in this market is next to impossible and I was so flustered and confused that I continued the call. Flubbed my way through their questions, was vaguely told what next steps would look like and was then ghosted. Recruiter didn't leave any contact information and it was such a negative introduction to the company.
