They fly you in, easy process. Best out of anywhere I interviewed. You start the day with a company overview presentation, then logbook review, then technical interview, then drug test and they send you on your way.

Easy laid back, know jeppeson symbols. Most of the interview is IFR regulations and Jepesson knowledge. Some tell me about a time questions but, just don’t be a weirdo, they don’t expect you to know everything.
