My interview process was fairly relaxed and more conversational compared to a formal/structured interview. Most questions were customer service focused and primarily assessed how I would handle certain situations or what I would in the the event of etc.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Envy Clothing (Fredericton, NB) in Oct 2020
Interview
Taken to the back room and was asked some questions. Simple and easy. Took about a week for a call back. I applied about a month prior and they kept my resume.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Envy Clothing
Interview
They e-mailed me back a day after applying, to arrange an interview the next week with a manager. I was given a time and name. The e-mailer was very nice. When I showed up, the manager I was meeting with wasn't there, and there weren't any managers to interview me at all. No-one even knew I was interviewing.
I waited about 15 minutes and an assistant manager came, did not apologize for the wait or the fact that the manager to interview me wasn't there.
She was curt, obviously busy, and obviously didn't want to interview me. She asked the bare minimum of questions, nothing about my qualifications or experience.
Very unprofessional and rude. Never even received an e-mail apology.
