I applied online for a dosimetrist position and was first contacted by email to set up a brief phone interview, which lasted about 20 minutes. I spoke with the senior dosimetrist and he explained the position and asked about my interest in the job and in Epic Care. At the end of the interview he said he'd take about a week to decide who to call for a second interview, which would be a conference call involving a few more people. I ended up getting a second call and spoke with the senior dosimetrist, chief physicist, and chief therapist. I was surprised during the second interview that the therapist and physicist only asked one question each, and the senior dosimetrist didn't ask anything. I was not invited to interview in person and I believe the second interview was the end of my candidacy, for whatever reason. I enjoyed corresponding with the senior dosimetrist; he seemed like a nice guy and someone I would have enjoyed working with.
