Interview
They fly you out to Madison and arrange a dinner between current employees and yourself the night before the interview. Interview process is all day, consisting of tours, case studies, a white board presentation, and questions with HR.
Very fast response time from application to interview. Long interview (around 4 hours) but feel very informed after. Go through multiple rounds with different positions within the company. End with the HR team.

Describe a time when you had to deal with conflict.
Intro phone call, followed by a cognitive test, and then a super day. The super day consisted of several interviews and a case study. Additionally you needed to prep a presentation. This was designed to test public speaking

Interview
Easy, highly standardized interview process. Had a group meeting with a few Epic employees and about 50 other prospective employees, then a skills test, then a final interview day and a visit to Epic.
