Phone interview, then online assessments and final interview if they like you. The phone interview is standard and you do not have to study for the assessments. The final interview is now online because of covid and lasts 4 hours.

The application process consisted of 2 assessments. The first assessment consisted of 4 parts: a 2-minute answer as many questions, a math/logic section, a technical learning section, and a coding section. About a week after the assessment, I received a final interview invite. I also had a complete another assessment that was much shorter than the first.
