I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Mar 2021
Interview
Starts with a phone interview. This was a basic "getting to know me" interview that was pretty straightforward. Then they'll ask you to complete a skills assessment. This was the hard part. They ask a lot of coding questions and it takes forever. I wasn't even applying for a coding position and I was told I didn't need to have knowledge of coding but if you don't know anything about coding then you won't pass the skills assessment,
30 minute phone call with a technical solutions engineer, questions were related to interest in the role and long term career goals rather than technical questions. He also asked about relocating and if that’s something I would be considering.

Interview
Started with info sessions. Then broke into a room with an interviewer who asked me to assess a scenario. After that, I had an HR interview. All of these in 1-2 hours on the same day.
Initial phone interview (basic questions about resume, why interested in company and role), skills assessment (multiple parts- personality test, math and logic and coding sections), longer final interview with case study and behavioral questions.
