I had a Phone interview. HR person asked me some interview questions and go through my CV. Than she explained to me about responsibilities of job. After explosions of jib responsibilities ,she asked me still interested?

Had a positive and engaging phone screen. Then completed a set of tests and a personality profile. It seemed like a standard practice for all employees, but the tests felt very technical and unrelated to the job functions of a graphic designer. I did not progress beyond the skills assessments
