I was contacted by HR representative asking me to do an interview and to set up a time for them to do it online, as well as to take an analytics quiz in order to gauge my ability in areas of problem-solving and learning new information
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me about my reason for applying for the position/working at Epic? the reason behind me choosing my major in college? where I saw myself in the next few years?
There was a series of exams, and then a three hour long zoom with various types of interviews. There were also informational interviews during this time, where I met various people in the roles and got to hear from them.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Epic in Jun 2026
Interview
Had approximately three hours, involving first a walkthrough of one of their applications, then an explanation of the role by a quality manager, then a "case study" which was really just scenario questions mostly, and finally talking with a recruiter who talked mostly through logistics with a couple of more behaviorial and strange questions.
There were multiple steps to the interview, including an assessment of a website and a test to see how you respond to stressful situations and manage your time. During the actual interview part, they focused on asking about your strengths and weaknesses.
