I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Nov 2010
Interview
Applied at an on-campus event and was contacted the next day about a first round, phone interview. That consisted of just a couple basic questions and was fairly easy. After about a week, I was contacted via email and directed to a skills assessment. About another week after that, I was contacted about scheduling a day long, final round interview at Epic's corporate campus outside of Madison, WI.
Screening call, online assessment, interview. Whole process lasted under 3 weeks. Recruiter was easy to reach and answered my questions promptly. I had a good experience with the interview process.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI)
Interview
It's a long day, consisting of various interviews with many different people. There is also a short presentation that you are able to prepare for. It is a fair process though, allowing you to interact with a lot of different people and not be worried that one bad exchange could cost you the job.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI)
Interview
Phone interview, Online Assessment (difficult, take your time, score well), phone interview, full day onsite (pre-covid) interview day. There are a number of different portions of the interview day including group project, 1:1 interview and a presentation
