Interview
Phone call, talked about lifestyle at Epic asked some technical questions. Discussed some of the benefits of working at Epic, and what the position would require. Once the phone interview is done, will be sent to take an exam
The preliminary virtual assessments are long, exhaustive, and tedious. However, as you progress meetings with human interviewers were more laid back. It felt like more of a conversation at that point compared to traditional interviews, which was appreciated.
Pretty straighforward. Case study is also very chill. Talk through your thought process, ask clarification questions. Most of it is them talking about themselves except for the case-study part and the final recruiter logictics call.

Case study: How would you handle the situation just presented? (It was about two clients requesting urgent resolution of something and you couldn't dedicate urgency to both situation equally.)
