I went to my univeristy career fair and the person there liked my resume surprisingly when I was a freshman at the time. We emailed each other after and it went well and I had a phone call a week or two later with a higher up which also went well. I then had an interview a couple of months later which went well and I got a "conditional offer", At the time I didn't fully understand what that was but then I was informed a few months later they overhired and did not have space for me and then I was devastated. The higher up said he'll make sure I have a spot next year but he did not contact me after that. Overall, I really did not like that they were kinda leading me on especially since I was a freshman at the time and hope the same does not happen to other people. Anyways, I am about to work for a bigger defense company so I will be taking my talents there lol.
