I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ericsson (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Sep 2009
Interview
Shortly after sending in my CV I was scheduled for a phone interview, followed by a face-to-face interview. The entire process was pretty swift, took barely a month from sending my CV to having an employment contract sent to me for review. The salary is always negotiable, it's a lot easier to ask for more during a job interview than to get the same amount as a raise later.

Question 1
The critical part of the interview was focused around no-nonsense questions about my current work and how I would apply my knowledge and experience on the job I was applying for. My previous job experience made me a good match for the position they were trying to fill, everything else happened naturally.
The interview process was straight forward. Consisted of 2 online assessments, a conference call with multiple managers, and a final call with CPO. The online assessments are cases studies that need to be answered prior to the interview

First with Outsourced Recruitment Company, then with manager and team. I held two interviews with the recruiter, one generic and one specific with questions related to the job. Then I had an interview with the hiring manager on the phone and then I had a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager and his team.
