There are 3 or more sets of interview:
-Phone screening - this is the first assessment after your CV is screened. The purpose is to get to know you and your interests for the role
-Group Interview : here you have a group discussion with other interviewees.
-Presentation: here you present on a given topic.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ericsson (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Mar 2024
Interview
It was an easy going interview. Not stressful at all. The interviewer was direct and answered all my questions. I asked if they usually offer a permanent job position after the traineeship but he told me 9/10 people don’t get an offer.

Great interview process, full day assessment with interviews, a presentation and group project. You're given topics related to the telecommunications and technology industry ahead of the interview to facilitate preparation. The recruitment process was quite quick (3-4 weeks)
