VERY disappointed with the company and how they sneakily took advantage of applicants to get free labor and unpaid creative work from designers. I applied for a Designer position in Budapest, and the recruiter decided to move me to the second stage, which was a test project. The project itself was unreasonably long and took several hours to develop a solid creative concept. I believe that requiring a test in general is nonsense for any designer with over two years of experience, especially since this position was far more seasoned than a junior role.
After we submitted our test projects, the company abruptly ended the hiring process, citing some vague "internal reviews." It was clear that they had conveniently gathered creative input for their new internal projects, which aren't even going to be made public. This makes it impossible to know how many ideas they have collected from applicants.
Truly shameful.
