Had 2 rounds of interviews. The timing of interviews was very bad, both the interviews were scheduled late in night, One was from 11pm and other was from 10 pm. Also, in the first round which was scheduled at 10.30pm in night, the interviewer didn't join, I waited for 20 mins on the call after which I dropped from it. Next day, they rescheduled it saying that the interviewer was busy, hence couldn't join the call. In both the rounds, I answered all the questions, After 2nd round, I was told that the feedback was negative. When I asked for the review, they said that it's the company policy to not give feedback. I do not understand this at all, a candidate gives his time and puts his efforts to give your interviews that too at late nights, and you can't even provide the feedback. Given that I answered all the questions, it was pretty unclear why the feedback was negative. My overall experience was pretty bad with this company, I doubt I will consider giving interview to them again in future.
