Not too difficult. They are obsessed with the cover letter. In the age of AI, this is pretty silly, but I'm not one to judge. So make sure you get AI to address the values and you are good. The recruiters aren't really that experienced, they probably care more about getting along with you, than your actual capabilities.

3 stages - phone screening, 15-min video interview, 10-min case study presentation to a panel that led to more questions about the case. We had 5 days to prepare the presentation deck.

Phone interview > Teams interview > Case interview for a panel at the local office. I was kept very well informed through all stages of recruitment and the timeline was prompt. A week was provided to prepare for the case interview with outcomes being provided by end of week.
