Tips: research the org, ask good questions during the interview process, and practice Spanish. In the first round, I was asked questions regarding my competency for the role. The second half of the interview was in Spanish. I was given a situation legal assistants have to deal with regarding services provided by the org. Please brush up on Spanish and the type of services the org provides. In the second round, I was asked more behavioral questions and asked to expand on my resume.
