Attended an interview at their office. First round, was interviewed by 2 employees. Questions were asked to get to know my technical expertise. No trick questions were asked, conversation was straight and direct. Second round, had to give 2 Multiple Choice Question Papers. Both were designed to test out general analytic skills / IQ under time and pressure.

One hour interview with a project manager for the team you are applying for. Most of the interviews have been moved to a virtual setting to accommodate covid. It was a very quick turn around to find out if I got the job or now. I was told during the interview I could expect an offer and found out officially 2 days later.
