Interview
After applying I was contacted by the HR via email. They have sent a link to provide my availability. Once received we have agreed in a specific time and I have received a confirmation email. I was waiting for the call in the arranged time but no one was showing up. Sent a follow up email and received an automatic decline email the next day without any apologies.
I find this especially rude so I would not suggest anyone to waste their time on this terrible company.

Interview
After applying I was contacted by the HR via email to schedule a phone screening. I informed them that I am NOT a British/EU citizen and would require Visa Sponsorship. I received an email assuring me that Sponsorship is available.
After this confirmation I went through 2 rounds of Technical & Competency based interviews (during which I again brought up the topic of me requiring Visa Sponsorship) followed by an online test.
After all this I was informed that I had been selected for the role, which I accepted, and I will be getting my paperwork the following week.
When I tried to chase the paperwork, I was informed that they have to retract the offer as they never realised I require Visa Sponsorship and the original email chain was accidentally overlooked.
They wasted 1 month of my time during which I had to travel to London twice and take time off work. I had handed over my notice to my current employer, and very embarrassingly had to ask them to ignore it.
I find this behaviour extremely rude & disrespectful.
