1. Screening Call with a HR and Engineer
2. Tech Interview with a panel of HR and two software engineers.
The questions are boilerplate questions, such as about TDD and paired programming. Fair enough, if my answers were not what they were looking for, but the impression was that interviewers wanted "95% accurate answers for their questions". Body language is key with these interviewers, if they start showing disinterest & taking your examples or opinions personally, the interview is basically over.
One of the most exceptional software engineering interviews I have ever had was conducted by a team of highly skilled professionals. Their expertise and knowledge were evident throughout the process. Notably, they exhibited a remarkable level of humility and approachability.

Received an email to book a phone call through workable.com. Talked to HR about work experience, tech stacks used in current company and expected salary. It was a good experience.
