Interview
It was very involved. First, the store manager talked to me. Then I had to interview with the owner. After that, I had to speak with their detective, who was supposedly able to tell who was honest or not. And finally, I had to be approved by the lead designer. And of course, pass a drug test!

The only one I can remember is the old sales trick....they throw a pen at you and say "Sell me this pen".

Interview
It was friendly, casual but professional, saw workspace, met staff, toured showroom, had time to talk, listen, ask questions, show portfolio. There was also a lie detector test and a personality assessment done.
