Etilize interview questions

Interview was much technical. They want to know how much good you are in Database, SQL queries, OOP concepts and how fast you can learn things

I was referred for this position by a current employee there. I did a quick phone interview with the CEO and was then invited in. I got there and there was no organization. The CEO came in, sat down and starting asking me questions that had nothing to do with my background or the position. It was like he was giving me a verbal personality test. Questions were - What does GMT stand for? There is a fox, a rabbit and a bail of hay. You need to get across a river with a small boat, but you are only allowed to put one item in the boat each time. How do you get across the river (knowing the fox will eat the rabbit...etc)? . If you won a million dollars, what would you do with it and why. Tell me the worlds top 5 depleting resources starting with the most depleting resource first. It was like this for an hour straight, non stop and then I was thanked and asked to leave.
