Interview
I was invited to do a 45 minute phone interview with an engineer at the company. I spoke about past experience at the beginning and then we moved onto a coding exercise.
The interview went well in my opinion and I was told I would hear back in a week. They never contacted me to give me any updates at all. I've never not heard back from a company after an interview, so I thought it was strange. Seems like it could have been the result of an organizational error on their part.
The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Etsy (Brooklyn, NY) in Feb 2022

4 Leetcode medium questions interviewer was nice and helpful she noticed that I was nervous and helped me along with the question I am just submitting this review to use glassdoor :).

Question 1
Q: Given an array of integers nums and an integer target, return indices of the two numbers such that they add up to target. You may assume that each input would have exactly one solution, and you may not use the same element twice. You can return the answer in any order.
First I was asked to take an online coding assessment, the assessment was to implement some methods and fix some bugs in a JavaScript project. After that they flew me to the Brooklyn office where I met with a couple people. I was asked some coding questions, and then I talked about some of my previous projects. It was overall a fine experience but the last interviewer was rude and obviously did not want to be there.

How would you implement the browser history functionality
There were two rounds for this interview. First, an initial phone screen (no coding challenge this year it seems), and then a 'virtual on-site' with coding and behavioral rounds. All done virtually.
