Eurocentres Language School interview questions

I was called to attend to different 2 interviews: one with the Head of Sales (line manager) and one with CEO and Head of UK Schools. They asked open questions.

Asked about general customer service experiences. Also asked Career aspirations, future plans, what do you know about the company and how can I make contributions. The interviewer was very kind. They offered drink and refreshment. Also asked If help needed to locate the right direction. A brief description about the company was given which was very helpful. I was also told about company's future plans and their staff selection criteria. They clearly explained that they will notify if the application is not successful. There were two stages, in the first one I met with the line manager in the second interview I was interviewed by the HR officers of the company.
