I applied online. I interviewed at Eurofins (Milton, Oxfordshire, South East England, England) in Sep 2019
Interview
- went in for a very short interview where they just asked me questions about my own CV
- short tour around the very minimal, bland laboratories
- very quick, easy maths & lab skills test (which I don't think really reflected the work I would be doing)

Question 1
This is a very fast-paced environment (didn't look like it at all). How would you cope under such stress?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Eurofins (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2024
Interview
I applied online and they contacted me a couple days later through email to schedule an interview. The interview was average including HR and a manager asking me basic questions. They told me a lot about the company and ended the interview with a tour of the labs. They said that I would hear back in a couple days and that was 3 weeks ago, I never heard back... I sent a follow up 1 week ago which I received no response to.
Plusieurs entretiens, au moins 3. Le premier étant avec le RH et le dernier avec le client. Des questions sur la personnalité, les expériences passées, les techniques de travail, le travail d'équipe, ...

Question 1
Quels sont vos 3 principales qualités ainsi que vos 3 principaux défauts ?
I applied online. I interviewed at Eurofins in May 2024
Interview
The interview was held remotely online. I also cordially accepted the fact that it was postponed by a week with one day's notice (no problem anyway). I waited 15 minutes online past the scheduled time, then I left the Teams meeting. Two minutes later, I received an email asking me to reconnect. No one apologized for the delay nor provided an explanation for it. Despite this, the interview lasted just under ten minutes, with superficial questions only about the types of analysis techniques I knew how to use. No questions were asked about organizational skills or my previous experiences. When I was asked if I had any questions, I inquired about how the work was organized, what types of analyses I would be performing, and on which matrices. I received no answers to any of these questions, being told that they were too 'technical' and I should save them for the next interview stage. I am shocked by the superficiality and rudeness of this kind of selection process, especially from a company with such a broad international scope. Such a disgraceful behaviour.
