I had one phone screening interview, 2 interviews face to face with HR and CEO and one Skype interview with Corporate. The face to face interview with CEO was embarrassing as when he asked me to describe the role I did use the description his HR colleagues gave me and ho could not agree less. Few days afterwards I tried to contact HR to discuss about the miscommunication/inconsistency about the role, I never heard them back. It flagged as big internal communication issues, glad I did not receive an offer.
