I reached out to the CEO on LinkedIn, who kindly acknowledged my message and forwarded my CV to the HR team for the Project Manager role that was adversited.
The HR team was very efficient in scheduling the interview, ensuring my availability was confirmed promptly. Initially, the interview was planned to be onsite, but they were considerate of my situation, understanding that I am currently unemployed and traveling to another city would be costly. As a result, the interview was conducted virtually via MS Teams.
The interview panel consisted of the Head of Implementation & Customer Support and the Manager of HR & Services. It was an incredibly friendly and engaging discussion with no pressure, and both interviewers turned their cameras on at the start, creating a professional yet approachable environment.
I appreciated the opportunity to ask questions at the end, which made the process feel transparent and collaborative. Overall, it was a positive and considerate experience.
