European Aluminium interview questions

First interview with the team leader, who introduced the organisation, the role and explained the reasons why the position was open. Then went on to ask specific questions about my experience to assess whether my skills match their needs. I was then given plenty of space to ask my own questions. I was also asked to send samples of my written communication work as a follow-up. All in all, I felt treated with respect, even though I was not selected for the second phase.
