The interview went really well, and was offered the job 30 minutes after the interview! With great response and great feedback. After I quit my other job and days before my start date, I got a call from the regional manager letting me know she didn't like my availability and had hired someone else.
My biggest issue is that the lack of integrity in leadership is that of which they are willing to leave you without a job in a very expensive major city. That's a big deal breaker for me, I let them know I was not interested even if my availability changed.

Super easy and fun! You meet with multiple people. Usually the manager and in my case the franchise owner as well. I could tell right away that it would be a good fit.
Ghosted me which is just unprofessional in my opinion. It’s not hard to send a text to cancel a 15 minute interview. Days later I got an email offering me a job but I was just over it
