Very brief and straight forward, memorize scripts and come back to review them.
Two interviews total then on boarding paperwork. The interview with the owner was a few hours- very inappropriate should've been shorter.

they ask you about guest interactions and upselling products and services. If you have no experience just mention you are a people person and quick learner. Let them know you pay attention to small details as well

It was a super easy interview process! I was called the next morning and hired a few days later at the conclusion of the interview with virtually no sales experience.
very straightforward, questions about past work experiences and how your goals can translate as sales. you might be asked about how you’d pitch a package to a guest in the interview.
