Evanston/Skokie School District 65 interview questions

Asked about racial equity and inclusion in schools and classroom A lot of written response questions that they have ahead of time and spoke about through the whole interview. There were five educators from the department I was applying to as well as two admin.

The interview was very pro forma—I gathered that they had already approved me based on the documentation I had provided in the extensive application process. It was as much an orientation as an interview. The person conducting the interview was businesslike, but friendly. I felt comfortable asking her questions about subbing.
