I scheduled an initial screening with the recruiter. During the screening, the recruiter was rushing through the questions as if they wanted to finish it as fast as possible. At the end, they asked for my availability for the next interview and said someone would reach out to schedule the next one. I received no further communication after this, and the initial recruiter ghosted my emails. Not sure if I was used to meet some type of interview quota, but overall very strange and disrespectful to candidate's time.
The first stage immediately commences with a coding exercise. It was done live while I shared my screen and webcam with the recruiter so AI-tools are not permitted. I also asked how many stages and they said there's 3 in total. The next would be software-architecture related and will be a group interview with the team and the final is with the hiring manager to test out work culture.

Interview
There was a phone screening, then a one hour video interview. The interview was difficult, but intentionally so- they were hiring someone to be immediately integrated into their team. If you know your stuff, you'll probably be fine.
