Evergreen College interview questions

Initial 10-15 minute virtual interview with employer and then invited to a in-person panel interview. First interview was very basic - learning about me and my experience. In-person interview was really awkward as one of the interviewers did not show up. They wanted someone who spoke many languages but that was not on the job posting. I found out until the panel interview occurred.

Phone interview first without an appointment and around 5-10 mins, scheduled a Zoom interview, which is about 30-40 mins. no tricky questions, but asked very detailed questions. eg: working history, education background, career plan... Waited for 2-3 weeks to sign the employment contract.
