1st phone call with recruiter, then a zoom call with the manager, after that I got to do a case. I got one week to prepare a presentation and then had to present to the manager and a collegeue. The recruiter was very friendly to start with and was always quick to follow up, up until my last case presentation. The case presentation was hard since the people int the call didnt give me any sign of it being good/bad or right/wrong, it was like presenting to a wall. After that I got ghosted for over 4 weeks, until I got a standard "thanks but no thanks" e-mail. Such a humiliating e-mail to get when you spent a lot of time, hope and effort do deliver. I got too bummed to even answer and ask for feedback... Except for the initial very friendly treatment fromt he recruiter, the whole process felt bad.
