Evolve Vapors interview questions

Not much to say beside weird environment. The place was literally filled with vape and there was one dude smoking vape lol guys just a personal advice if you guys let your employee smoke pot at least have some decency to stop him and pretend you guys don't? then again I should have expected that considering these guys used to sell vape. (which is banned in india so they're going with new brand "fullstopain") Almost every review you see above is absolute truth, I wish I listen to the company and didnt went through with walk in interview regardless don't bother applying unless you're smoker yourself and want so chill environment that its never going to let you grow.

The office is in a small shop of an abandoned mall. The interviewer likes to called himself "The Boss" is a exhausted smoker who can't focus on his work or company. He only likes interviewing pretty girls first and would look at you like never seen a girl before. Every staff member is scared of this guy and they don't respect him at all. One dark handsome :D guy in staff likes to call himself BS(or some other short form) tries running around very fast to imply that he is very hard working but he does so in order to show "The Boss". Don't even interview if you have any other scope. Talked to one staff in mall toilet before interview he/she told "Gandi Gaali bahut deta hai"(Abuses a lot). They will keep you waiting outside the shop because they have no sitting space for single candidate. Also they ask you to go to next mall for an hour or so because The Boss comes as he pleases not as per the time given to candidates. While waiting for the interviewer also realised that it was their service centre too and customers keep on coming & fighting. Last but not the least, they are using email of a previous employee named Varun to hire candidates which is professionally/ethically wrong and illegal.
