Interview
Two rounds in total. First with program manager and two others currently in the rotational program. Second round was with engineering managers and plant managers at different sites in the United States.

Each interview felt like a back and forth discussion instead of being thrown trick questions. Out of all the interviews I had done, this set was the least stressful/uptight.

2nd interview- flown to site to do 4 interviews - 1 hour each. All interviews had behavioral questions and explain projects/skill that relate to job
