Interview
It changed since I interviewed. The new process uses a team of people each trained to gather specific information about a candidate using a set group of questions. The candidate meets with each interviewer separately. the whole process takes a minimum of a few hours.

Interview
The interview went well and a large number of management people were involved. The interview included a factory tour, and not too many difficult questions. The interview consumed the entire afternoon.
